✅ Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Products

Godabar Ramkrishna Seva Sangha does not sell or deliver any tangible or physical goods through its website. All donations are used solely for charitable purposes.

2. Donation Confirmation

• After successful payment, donors will receive an instant confirmation email with donation details.

• If the transaction fails or is interrupted, no confirmation will be sent.

3. Receipts

• A soft copy of the receipt will be emailed within 24-48 hours of donation.

• If eligible for tax exemption (80G), the relevant certificate/receipt will be issued within 7 working days, depending on the availability of PAN and address.

4. Delivery of Communication

All communication will be via:

• Email (primary)

• SMS (if provided)

• WhatsApp (optional)

We do not offer postal or courier delivery of receipts unless specifically requested.
