✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy

As a charitable organization, Godabar Ramkrishna Seva Sangha relies on donations to sustain its programs and initiatives. We strive to ensure transparency and accountability in all transactions.

1. General Policy

• Donations once made cannot be canceled or refunded.

• All donations are considered final and are not eligible for return or reversal.

2. Exceptions to the Rule

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally donate the same amount multiple times.

• Technical Errors: In case of transaction failure but amount debited.

• Fraudulent Transactions: If your card was used without authorization.

In such cases, email us at godabarramkrishnass@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Please include:

• Donor Name

• Transaction ID

• Donation Amount

• Date of Transaction

• Screenshot or bank statement (if required)

Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same mode of payment through which the donation was received.

4. Non-Applicability

Refunds will not be provided:

• For change of heart after donation

• If more than 7 days have passed

• If full documentation is not provided
